THE lettings market continues to be buoyant but is growing increasingly price sensitive, according to a Henley-based lettings agent Tanya Blake, head of Savills home counties letting, which covers south Oxfordshire, said: “Stock across the region is double the level we historically have at this time of year, providing a huge amount of choice for tenants. As a result, presentation and realistic pricing is key to avoiding void periods."
