The Insider says that David Cameron was out of the country at the time the floods hit his constituency last summer (Oxford Mail, April 17).
Nonsense. The Oxford Times, in its review of the year in December, published a picture of him wading through the water under the caption 'David Cameron tours his flood-hit Witney constituency before flying off to Africa.' The Insider's reference to "the much warmer environs of Africa" is contemptible.
